Question: What are commercial software that place stock orders (trade stocks) systematically?

I am looking for software that can be used by an individual investor and that can do:
1. Analyze real-time stock prices and indicators. Find buy/sell signals according to the user's predefined criteria.
2. trade stocks (place stock orders) according to the signals (and user's predefined conditions).
I found some software that can do #1 but none of them does #2 simultaneously. Also, I saw some online brokers who provide trading platforms doing both #1 and #2, but the features are quite limited.
Basically, what I want to do is very short-term (1~300 minute) trading of a few stocks in NYSE, so I need a continuous and real-time analysis of the stock prices and corresponding indicators. And the software should place orders immediately once it finds buy/sell signals.
I assume, if any, it would be very dependent on brokers, which means a software could be used in certain brokers and another software in other brokers, so on. Or is there any broker who provide customizable trading system which can take customer's own codes of criteria and calculations?
If there is no general software for individual investors, I would code my own program. I am wondering what broker support customer-generated stock orders.

1. I doubt if any broker will customise his platform to suit clients' needs; they have thousands of clients. May be for very large customers, they may do it.
2. I suggest you see the platforms of some of the big brokers, particularly, institutional brokers. It is likely their platforms have more features.
3. For doing transactions, one has to have a broker. The broker will have to have links with a bank maintaining client's savings bank/current account, and De-mat account in respect securities.
