Question: If a stock is being delisted on the NYSE?
Where can I find out more information like when was it notified? how long until it is delisted and why or what is not in compliance? The stock in question is PRGN?
Answer:
You can find official information on any US traded exchange at Securities and Exchange Commission website at www.sec.gov. Peregrine (PRGN) was delisted on Dec 19, 2005. The companynon-compliant with Rule 12g-4(a)(1)(i) and Rule 12h-3(b)(1)(i)
I only find info that it is on a delisting WATCH from back in early Dec/2011

It is basically since its share price is under $1 for a while...however it is rallying to almost a $1 now so if this continues the watch will end....A quick solution to this problem if necessary would be a 2:1 reverse split which of course would be a last resort.
