At what time eastern time would japan market open?

And.. do you think all the nuclear mess and lybia will take the markets down on monday at our open?

The "nuclear mess" is minuscule compared to the damage caused by the tsunami. Here is an article describing the problem:

The market has already had time to digest the tsunami, and the power plant problem isn't much to worry about (despite the medias' desire for headlines that get ratings rather than factual presentations) so the only wildcard is Libya.

Japanese markets open 8:00 pm est.
At the close of business on Friday it was anticipated that the markets would open up higher at the beginning of the week. BUT, with the turmoil in Libya over the weekend, it is anyone's guess. I would guess that oil would go up, but the markets? anyones guess. If the oil ports are blown up in Libya watch for a sell off.
