In addition i would like to add up something. the present condition of the market is perhaps not convincing or promising but according to my opinion the DSE is always difficult to predict, since even on the worst economy, the market trend could be at its best. let us hope for a good trading in 2012.
1. So nice of you Mr. Kaiser.
2. Your comments are pertinent. But things are not very clear in other countries as well.
1. Investment in shares is a long-term investment. In the short run, their prices may go up or go down. However, it is observed that, in the long rune, prices of shares of good companies have a tendency to go up. This is because the companies are engaged in business, and with the growth of business, the values of their shares tend to go up.
2. Coming to forecasts/predictions, it may be stated that, forecasts are made on the basis of information available with the analaysts. There are a number of internal and external factors on which the prices of shares depend. Therefore, forcasts may be right or wrong. No one making forecasts takes responsibility for one's forcasts.
3. If one is interested in long term investment in shares, and one has funds, one should take the opportunity in buying shares when the market is low.
4. From the comments available in the media, the share prices may show improvement in the current year. The position will, however, differe from country to country, depending on its growth rate.
