Question: Buy VPER penny stock?
i have been playing the stocks for a awhile now and im looking into investing in viper networks low coast with great future. However i have been talking to family who knows the CEO and they had lunch the other day, they got talking and there was talk of some new contracts coming up that could make the company lots of money but i looked into the company profile and they have only been on the market for a few months is it to risky to buy now or is it dumb not to.
every one says don't buy penny stocks but with this stock i feel i cant go wrong,
they are working with LED's as well as a new way to call people online. Im a computer nerd and from what im reading about there new Voice over Internet Protocol has a great application on these new computer tablets that all the big company's are coming out with. which to me means more money more investors. does anyone have any insight on this
p.s dont forget that every one is trying to save energy now day and LED light is a great way to do that.
Answer:
Sigh...Good try at pumping. You are scum.
Excellent answer from Underexposed.
Hope that such answers will help naive folks from falling into a trap.
Penny Stocks are called "story stocks" for a reason. The story is always irresistible. This stock was $8 just 7 trading days ago, now it's $2.50. This was a classic "pump & dump".
You're either a "pump & dump" spammer yourself or you truly know nothing about investing. Stay clear from this turkey.
Its gross PROFIT was $346k
I think you are looking at this the wrong way.
1. DO NOT BUY THESE SHARES!!
2. You think VoIP and LED lighting is the future. I am sure you are right. Look for some good stocks involved in this business.
@Common Sense this is not a Penny stock.....this is a SUB-Penny stock which are 90% scam
YES people....Our questioner here has given us a fine example of a PUMPER STORY.
Many characteristics are shown in this post
1. They often KNOW-SOMEBODY-WHO-KNOWS-SOMEBODY and make it sound like they have inside information.
2. They often say the company has been around for a few months....when a simple chart reveals this to be a lie.
http://tmx.quotemedia.com/charting.php?q…
this puppy has been around for over 5 years....note that most of this time the volume of the stock has been negligible until recently
3. They often say that they want YOUR Opinion on whether They should invest in this stock....implying that they are newbies who found a great stock but uncertain about it.....trying to mimic the newbie reading this crap.
4. then they say that since the stock is so low in price they can buy-in at the ground floor and there would be little risk as the stock would only climb from where it is.
5. Always check out any story they give by going to the OTCB website
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VPER/quo…
See that little red triangle that says Yield....that means that the website itself is warning you that this company does not give much if any real information
6. this chart is a classic Pump and DUMP chart
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=VPER&p=…
see how in the months leading up to the breakout there is almost no volume then suddenly January 30 the price begins to spike,,,the volume on the next day is incredible as traders fall for the spiel.
Note though it is not a gradual rise but spikes a way above the upper Bollinger Band. then on Feb 1 it reaches its height....an 700% gain....you can hear the pumpers screaming now....this stock is going to the moon.....But who in their right mind ignores a 700% gain in 2 days, eh, No the pumpers are selling as they tout the praises for this stock....the stock declines....more pumping....this is the dip that will allow you to catch this wave (as they unload more of their stock)
Notice how the volumes are getting smaller and smaller now...the game is over.
DO NOT get caught up in this emotion....if you are charting be wary of stocks with such great gains in the matter of a couple of days....when they rise so high above the upper BB they will crash and if you bought up there you will lose a good portion of your money.
THANK YOU for the EXAMPLE of a PUMPED STOCK....now leave....you are not welcome here.
